Beginner 6 Week Pole Courses
Our Beginner Pole courses are designed for the total newbie, of any fitness level. These courses focus on the basics of Pole: Climbing, Balancing, Sitting & Spinning. Pole is a great sport if you are interested in working on your strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, stamina, power, grace and self confidence.
